"Somebody Somewhere" is the cracking new single from hotly tipped indie heroes Cazals. With it's strutting guitars, and angular attitudeit's a massive hit in the making and a bonafied top-down Summer anthem. Just check out the huge pogo-inducing chorus and you will understand exactly what we mean. The single is set for release as a 7" and 12" on May 5th (Kitsune). The 7" will also feature the chiming guitars of new track Success, whilst the 12" comes complete with some electronic madness in the form of remixes from Moulinex, Lifelike and Blamma! Blamma! The new release will be followed by their debut album "What Of Our Future" out in May, and comes off the back of a series of excellent live shows that has seen the band really prove their mettle as a formidable live act. Rolling out their brand of guitar and synth indie-rock across the UK for their two week headline tour in March, a Levis" Ones To Watch" tour, supporting Daft Punk in Japan, and literally blowing the roof off The Scala at a recent gig alongside Midnight Juggernauts & Ebony Bones. NME described their recent live shows as "Amazing and streets ahead of their peers", whilst Big Issue simply as "One of the most exciting British bands around". Hailing from the four corners of England, Cazals have built their reputation from the ground up. Both manager and producer of the band are members of Cazals;, guitarist and bass player to be precise. So convinced were Kitsune on first hearing them that they promptly put the band in a Parisian studio with Julien Delfaud (the man who engineered the Phoenix album) and the results have been dynamic.
