While recording in Stockholm they tracked down the legend Chalk Jaxon, very rarely seen in daylight. After hours of chasing & following up leads that led to nowhere a glimmer of Jaxons' white shoe set the sparks flying at the disco, could it be?!? He was whisked off to the studio and 60 minutes later they had a vocal.
The track was given the name Dance To Our Disco.
The title sets the tone: disco meets rock driven by a distinctive vocal on the original version where double dutchers dance in downtown Manhattan.
Backed up by monster remixes that throw all that out of the window: the Headman mix gives it a dub rock 'n' dance edge, Nightmoves rave it out and Baseball Furies bring some bass heavy punk dance to the party.
